President
Diane began her career with Sun Financial Group after graduating from the University of New Hampshire in 1985. Her focus early in her career was on risk management -life, health, disability, long term care insurance and annuities.
In 1993, Diane co-founded Martel Dorow, Inc., an independent fee-only registered investment advisory firm located in Portsmouth, NH. With her partner, they adopted a philosophy of providing more services to fewer clients, managing both personal and qualified plan assets for high net worth families, professionals and business owners for more than 20 years. When her partner retired, Diane formed Integrated Wealth Management, LLC. to continue her mission to provide well thought-out comprehensive wealth management.
Diane has utilized Charles Schwab Advisor Services since 1993 as her primary custodian of client account assets. This relationship has provided the extensive support and research capabilities necessary to run a successful independent advisory firm.
Diane has been a past board member of Portsmouth Little League, Seacoast Mental Health, SeaCare Health Services, PHS Baseball, Celebration Graduation and PHS Football. Diane is passionate about her family and enjoys golfing, cooking, decorating, painting and RV’ing
Diane resides in downtown Portsmouth, NH with her husband, Gary.

Gary DuBois
Vice President-Operations
Gary joined Integrated Wealth Management, LLC in 2017. He is responsible for the management of administrative duties, interfacing with clients, coordination with account custodians, processing new accounts, and other duties related to the day-to-day operations of the office and business finances.
Gary is a retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant having served over 28 years. He received extensive management training during his career and obtained a BA degree in Management from Johnson and Wales University in 1980.
Gary has been an active member of the Seacoast community helping out with PHS Celebration Graduation, Football & Baseball Boosters and fundraising for various non-profit organizations.
Gary shares Diane’s passion for their family and enjoys golf, bike riding, fishing, eating, and RV’ing.
Gary resides in downtown Portsmouth NH with his wife, Diane.
