A comprehensive approach to

Company sponsored retirement planning

Integrated Wealth Management provides retirement plan management services to business owners/plan sponsors and trustees.

Diane DuBois of Integrated Wealth Management has developed and managed qualified plans for nearly 30 years.

Diane is a credentialed Qualified Plan Financial Consultant with the National Association of Plan Advisors.

FULL FIDUCIARY ASSISTANCE TO PLAN SPONSORS

Diane assists plan sponsors in navigating the myriad of ERISA and Department of Labor regulations governing company sponsored plans. She participates as a fiduciary and is typically a member of the formal investment committee for all her plans. Integrated Wealth Management’s approach pays particular attention to ERISA compliance and developing a “best practice” process for mitigating fiduciary liability for plan sponsors/trustees.

COORDINATION AND SUPPORT

Diane teams with well-vetted third party administrators for record keeping, plan documents and ongoing plan compliance. The Charles Schwab trust platform is utilized for the custody of plan assets.

Diane coordinates and supports all aspects of the plan for the plan sponsor and in-house administrator.

ONGOING EDUCATION – A PLAN REQUIREMENT

The Integrated Wealth Management service platform includes providing ongoing education to fit the needs of the plan participants. This includes written correspondence via newsletters and suggested allocation models, and periodic face to face meetings.

TRANSPARENT “UNBUNDLED” APPROACH

Integrated Wealth Management believes that fee transparency to the consumer is best achieved when the approach to company sponsored plans is an “unbundled” approach. With this approach, the advisor, plan administrator and the custodian coordinate with one another without embedding hidden expenses that impact fund performance. Fees are transparent.

INVESTMENT OPTION SELECTION

Diane assists plan sponsors to select plan funding options that meet an investment policy established for the plan. This line-up is monitored and reports created, documenting the selection and maintenance process. The aim is to create and maintain a “best in class” fund line-up to accommodate a range of participant investor profiles from conservative to aggressive. The funding options can include any combination of ETF’s, Index Funds, Actively Managed Funds and Life Style/Target date funds.

* Please note that “best in class” refers to the screening/measurement criteria for each asset class established in the Investment Policy Statement for the plan.
